Hymax Telecoms competes in the b2b sector of the telecoms industry providing hardware equipment and solutions to small and medium-sized corporates. Hymax has a legacy as a PBX supplier but the business has evolved into a full voice and data carrier offering sophisticated solutions that maximise business telecoms, saving clients’ significant money on their telecoms bills. Hymax faces an extensive range of competitors including Autopage, Nashua, Centracell, Dimension Data and, in some areas of their business offering, Telkom.
A full 360° campaign was produced based on an agency-led strategy. Work included a logo redesign, new corporate CI, electronic sales aids and a website as well as print, radio and a CRM campaign that has succesfully launched the new Hymax to a select business target audience. The website was designed and developed to provide an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices from desktop computers and tablets to mobile phones.
The new campaign has resulted in a very clear positioning of the new Hymax offering, and a resultant upturn in interest and sales.
